SERVICE REQUEST
If you are experiencing a problem with one of our vending machines, please contact us at the telephone number on the service agreement. Or, you may request service by filling out the information in the Service Request form listed below. The on-call technician will contact you shortly. You will also receive a follow-up call within 72 hours to ensure failure of service related issues were restored to your satisfaction.
When contacting us using the Service Request form below, please include your company name and contact information, the type of machine needing service (pop, snack, cold food, etc.), and basic description of the problem (loss of power, product delivery failure, etc).
All basic refund requests are processed and mailed out via the United Stated Postal Service within 48 business hours of notification.
